First step: the installation of Pass side fitting of the Back Wash, the surface of the vats is not very smooth, therefore to avoid all warping a little quantity of TEC7 on the seal, is good before bringing it up.
Do not forget to pass slightly the plastic with emery paper and to degrease it to get a good grappling of silicone. |
Has had new the principle of passage of a vat to the other, the fixing
mechanical is assured by a stem threaded in M6 steels, the nuts and the
small discs are used every time that the stem crosses one partitions it is
to say
10 nuts by passage of vat. The two "T" are not pasted, for one
possible dismount. |

Veils a view of the water entry in a vat (he/it lacks the pipe again
who descends until the bottom.) The elbow of 45° to the exit permits to adjust
the level of water in the filter, he/it is normally placed to the level of the
last vat. |
The vat 2 and 3 can possibly be short-circuited for
possibly there to work. One of the side of the short-circuit pipe is
cleft for can slightly close it again and so to place it.
The tightness is not perfected but one can dry a bottom case without
to stop the pump.

necessary) The "T" is not pasted, to be able to disassemble it and to place
the pipe of 90mm |

So that water arrives in the low of the vat, a pipe of 90mm is placed
around the "T" of water entry. A cuts anti-overflow is also
realized. |
