The multi vat filter of Patpre2000

This small report is going to attempt to explain you the implementation of a filter based on the principle "multi-vat filter" already explained by Keepcool and Artgraphbegin, the inspiration also came of at Atlantic with multi-cubi and also of Imkal for his screenex and his principle of back-wash: in fact all resemblances with installations already realized is not absolutely fortuitous.

Fish growing, the 7000litres of my pond had become of too much for the BIOTEC10 and his meadow-filter, none problem of water transparency but impossible to have a rate of nitrites to 0.

There is my situation of departure: a BIOTEC10 and one brush meadow filter. System that appears insufficient of the point of view biologic filtration, not possible to get a rate of nitrite sufficiently low.

Of or the idea to construct a multi vat filter because the available space for the filter makes 2m50 on 70cm.

First part: the preparation of the vats
